Where else in the world can you do business on Mainstreet and walk two-blocks to the waterfront and watch Olympic athletes training alongside residents and visitors?   The master plan is tying together the activity along waterfront to the downtown, leveraging our fiber network to open unlimited bandwidth, and connecting people to great places. There’s an enormous transformation that’s going on in our downtown, and it’s good for entertainment, employment, and business in Clermont in so many different areas.   Bottom line, it’s an investment opportunity. These programs not only help local businesses improve the aesthetics of their store frontage but also add to the overall transformation of Downtown Clermont.  The CRA offers programs designed for existing building renovations and new construction, all of which are designed to improve Clermont for its residents, business owners, and visitors.
