With project completion dates projected within the next year, we can expect to start seeing some major improvements to Clermont’s Downtown and Waterfront areas - making it an even better place to call home or build a business.

The master plan is tying together the activity along waterfront to the downtown, leveraging our fiber network to open unlimited bandwidth, and connecting people to great places. The Downtown Clermont Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) grant and assistance programs are making it easier for business to improve and grow in Downtown Clermont. These programs not only help local businesses improve the aesthetics of their store frontage but also add to the overall transformation of Downtown Clermont.

The CRA offers programs designed for existing building renovations and new construction, all of which are designed to improve Clermont for its residents, business owners, and visitors.
