This achievement recognizes the company for their ‘ability to create a top-notch work environment for employees in Central Florida.’ Employees were invited to share their thoughts and experiences of working at ERA Grizzard. OBJ gathered the results, and awarded honorees based on factors including effectiveness, engagement, and more. The word ‘collaborative’ was the top word used by employees to describe this company who prides itself on a family-like atmosphere and synergetic team. "While the company has grown tremendously over the years, one of our priorities was to remain a close-knit team that fostered a positive atmosphere," says Gus Grizzard Principal Broker and CEO of ERA Grizzard Real Estate. "This recognition is even more meaningful because it was based on what our employees had to say about our culture, opportunities for growth, and overall enjoyment in their career."  The open-ended, anonymous survey responses reflected the company's core passions and goal to have a motivating and forward-thinking culture: “I don’t feel as if I joined a company, but rather, a family. I’ve worked for several companies in the past...but I was never really given the opportunity to show my strengths. I can actually say I enjoy coming to work!” “Since working for ERA Grizzard Real Estate, I can unequivocally state this company empowers their employees from the inside out. This company is hands on an encouraging force, always giving employees tools to reach for the stars!” ERA Grizzard was one of only 60 companies to receive this honor throughout Orange, Seminole, Osceola, Lake, Volusia, and Brevard counties. ## Interested in career opportunities with ERA Grizzard? ![interest perked careers.jpg](https://blog.eragrizzard.com/hs-fs/hubfs/cta/interest%20perked%20careers.jpg?width=544&name=interest%20perked%20careers.jpg) UP NEXT  # [\[Video\] Your Real Estate Career Wellness Check with Gus Grizzard](https://blog.eragrizzard.com/agenttalk/your-real-estate-career-wellness-check-with-gus-grizzard) [![gus-grizzard-video-wellness-check.png](https://blog.eragrizzard.com/hs-fs/hubfs/AgentTalk/gus-grizzard-video-wellness-check.png?width=619&height=345&name=gus-grizzard-video-wellness-check.png)](https://blog.eragrizzard.com/agenttalk/your-real-estate-career-wellness-check-with-gus-grizzard) # [99 Video Ideas for Real Estate Marketing](https://blog.eragrizzard.com/agenttalk/99-video-ideas-for-real-estate-marketing)[![ERA 99 video ideas for real estate marketing.png](https://blog.eragrizzard.com/hs-fs/hubfs/AgentTalk/ERA%2099%20video%20ideas%20for%20real%20estate%20marketing.png?width=619&height=325&name=ERA%2099%20video%20ideas%20for%20real%20estate%20marketing.png)](https://blog.eragrizzard.com/agenttalk/99-video-ideas-for-real-estate-marketing) # [\[Video\] Matterport 101: How to Create the Best 3D Real Estate Tours![matterport-video-heather-flack-amber-morgan.png](https://blog.eragrizzard.com/hs-fs/hubfs/AgentTalk/matterport-video-heather-flack-amber-morgan.png?width=617&height=347&name=matterport-video-heather-flack-amber-morgan.png)](https://blog.eragrizzard.com/agenttalk/video-matterport-101-how-to-create-the-best-3d-real-estate-tours) Topics: [Press Release](https://blog.eragrizzard.com/presstalk/topic/press-release) ### Subscribe to PressTalk ### Recent Posts ### Posts by Topic -
