Q: Is the Matterport camera difficult to set-up or use? It looks like something out of the future!

A: Not at all! The actual camera is only 3 pieces with an iPad to go with it, and we cover how to use it in our trainings.

Q: What are some of the biggest tips for agents when using the Matterport camera?

A: Make sure that the home is 'show ready' with all of the lights on (preferably on a bright and sunny day). Don't forget the hood light over the stove in the kitchen! Start with the perimeter of the home and don't move too far from you last scan of the room. Just stick to the edges, and it will work nicely!

Q: How do you capture a gorgeous outdoor area? You know we love our lanais here in Florida!

A: It can sometimes be difficult for the camera because of lighting. Open the doors to that space before you start to scan and get a really good picture right in front of the door.

Q: What are some ways that you can incorporate the tour into your Real Estate marketing?

A: Make it easily accessible online by embedding the tour right on the listing page of your website, and share the tour on social media to create a buzz that will capture people's attentions and peak their interests.
