In our mission to best support agents, we also proudly embrace evolution. As we continue to evolve our training, support, and marketing-tech services, we felt that now was the time to enhance our compensation models.

I'm proud to share that we've completely updated our models to a new split plan and a cap plan. 

On the cap plan, we're offering a higher initial split, a lower cap, and the ability to receive 100%. For our top producers, we're offering a commission-based plan with an attractive set split with no franchise fees!
