ERA Grizzard's 2021 Kick-Off Event & Award Ceremony offered an innovative live-streaming event experience. Complete with industry experts and special guests, the event celebrated company award-winners and the team's overall success while setting the stage for the year to come.

As their annual award celebration couldn't be held in-person this year, ERA Grizzard was determined to bring a meaningful and special experience to their agents. To create excitement online, the brokerage hosted a live-streaming event from The Training Academy studio to honor their award winners from the 2020 year. See all the award winners here.

In addition to recognizing industry excellence among their team from Agent of the Year to Humanitarian of the Year, Top Producers, and more, Gus Grizzard, Broker/Owner, also presented the company's 2021 vision for the success of their team in the year to come.

The team was also joined by Sherry Chris, President of ERA® Real Estate, to present ERA®'s production awards and share her industry expertise and insight into the state of the market as we move into 2021.

Dan Elzer, President and CEO of The Training Academy, LLC, provided a motivational and inspiring keynote focused on listings in 2021. Additionally, Dan and his team hosted the live streaming event from their studio at The Training Academy. The talent and technology from their team helped make this live event such a success.
