Marilyn Morris, Realtor® with ERA Grizzard Real Estate in Leesburg, FL, is recognized as the recipient of ERA Real Estate’s Leaders’ Circle.
This impressive recognition, earned by select elite agents in the ERA® global network, was presented at the ERA Grizzard Real Estate Annual Awards Ceremony by ERA Real Estate’s President & CEO, Simon Chen.
Morris attributes her nearly twenty years of success in Real Estate to her passion for her career.
“I was looking for "my passion," and that elusive thing that isn't perceived as work - and I found it! I have not "worked" a day in the last 17 years, but I have enjoyed my passion,” says Morris.
Her passion and dedication to her clients have earned Morris national recognition and lead to her Leaders’ Circle designation. Known for her innovative ways to address the opportunities and challenges that arise, she believes that listening and responsiveness are key skills that have advanced her career and benefited her home buyers and sellers.

When asked what some of the factors were that lead to her success, Morris replied: “ERA Grizzard has facilitated my success by providing an atmosphere of esprit de corps, allowing for an individuals' creative development, with support when needed. A plethora of tools and resources have been available to me to assist in that development.”
