Loretta Maimone
Loretta Maimone was named ERA Grizzard's 'Agent of the Year.' She not only excels professionally with outstanding career accomplishments, she also consistently gives back to her community. She has a true care for everyone around her, helps her fellow agents, is a true ambassador for Team ERA, and 'is the pinnacle of what an agent could aspire to be.'
Rookie of the Year
Cole Myers
Cole Myers earned the 'Rookie of the Year' award with over 12 transactions and $1.8 million in sales in his first year of Real Estate. Not only has he completed a highly impressive first year, he's also involved within the industry, attends trainings and obtains certifications, and continues to improve his skills and offerings for his customers. "The heart and drive Cole has are unmatched."
Humanitarian of the Year
Twila Largent
Twila Largent was awarded the 'Humanitarian of the Year' for her tireless work to help others. She's always doing something for someone else, and her passion is truly helping others. Her giving heart is inspiring, and she "gives more on a Saturday than most people do in a year."
Brand Ambassador
Ira Miller
Ira Miller was named this year's 'Brand Ambassador' for his representation of #TeamERA and his embodiment of the company's culture and values. Through his popular Youtube channel, he consistently provides quality and genuine content to his followers to help them through their Real Estate journey. His keen advice and consistent presence is a huge value to his viewers, and he truly showcases what it means to be a part of ERA Grizzard.
Property Manager of the Year
Glenn Cowham
Glenn Cowham was named 'Property Manager of the Year!' He uses the tools and resources at hand to best help his customers, is always positive, and is a valuable member of the team! “He is always there for anyone with questions or to step in and help a fellow property manager.”
