Cole Myers with ERA Grizzard Real Estate was awarded the 2019 Rookie of the Year award by The Realtors Association of Lake & Sumter Counties at their annual installation gala in Tavares, Florida. This award recognizes exceptional customer service, professionalism, and adhering to the National Association of Realtors (NAR) code of ethics.
Cole was mentored by fellow ERA Grizzard REALTOR®, Loretta Maimone, an esteemed professional in the Real Estate industry. They have known each other for many years and Mrs. Maimone encouraged Cole to enter the Real Estate industry. Loretta submitted an endearing recommendation for nomination for Cole and part of the letter she wrote on his behalf was read at the ceremony.

The West Volusia Association of Realtors Install Bruno Lodwig, an ERA Grizzard REALTOR®, as the incoming 2020 WVAR President.
Bruno Lodwig with ERA Grizzard Real Estate was installed as the incoming 2020 President for the West Volusia Realtors Association (WVAR) at the WVAR 2019 Awards & Installation Banquet in DeLand, Florida. Bruno has over 19 years of experience in the Real Estate industry and has been actively involved in the West Volusia Association of Realtor’s Committees, serving as Director of the Board for several years, as well as Treasurer & Executive Committee.
