The OBJ releases their Fast 50 each year, recognizing the 50 fastest growing, privately-owned companies in Central Florida based on revenue percentage over the last three years.A family owned and operated company since 1968, ERA Grizzard Real Estate has experienced an impressive 56.34% growth in revenue since 2013.

"For many companies, being named a 'fastest growing company' can have a negative stigma. They might have grown too quickly and are unstable,” said Gus Grizzard, Broker/Owner of ERA Grizzard Real Estate.

"However, being named a Central Florida Fast 50 is a point of celebration for us. While we've expanded into new markets, we've also significantly increased our revenue. This increase signifies sustained growth which wouldn't have been possible without our talented team and solid business strategy."

While ERA Grizzard has experienced impressive growth, their most recent expansion occurred after they were named a Fastest Growing Company.

After careful market analysis, ERA Grizzard announced on June 1st, 2016 that Total Realty Corp. and their offices in Volusia and Seminole Counties joined ERA Grizzard. This most recent expansion follows the grand opening of their new Orlando location in 2015, and Clermont location in 2014.

The Fast 50 honorees were selected based on revenue percentage, and are required to be at least 51% privately held and headquartered in Central Florida, which encompasses Orange, Seminole, Osceola, and Lake counties.
