## Orlando, FL (June 1, 2016) - ERA Grizzard Real Estate, a top brokerage firm in Central Florida, today announced that Total Realty Corp has joined the ERA Grizzard brand.

Under the leadership of Broker/Owner, Cynthia DeLuca, Total Realty Corp. has grown into a leading independent brokerage in Central Florida with five sales offices and over 100 Realtors.

“I’ve always admired Cynthia and her Total Realty Corp. team for their accomplishments within their markets. While they’ve grown tremendously since 2004, I’m most impressed by their culture, focus on agent advancement, and community involvement,”  said Gus Grizzard, Broker/Owner of ERA Grizzard Real Estate.

“Total Realty Corp. is the ideal complement to our team. Our combined resources and expertise will allow us to better serve the Real Estate needs of our clients while providing increased opportunities for our agents.”

With a new office count of 11 and agent count of nearly 300, ERA Grizzard Real Estate’s service area ecompases Orange, Osceola, Lake, Seminole, Sumter, and Volusia Counties.

DeLuca will be integral to the ERA Grizzard senior leadership team in her new role as Director of Education. As an award-winning, nationally recognized Real Estate trainer, DeLuca will translate her passion and knowledge into the development of ERA Grizzard agents.

“The foundation of our success is our team, and it’s crucial that we continue our dedication to their growth in an ever changing industry,” said Cynthia DeLuca, Broker/Owner of Total Realty Corp.

“Aligning with ERA Grizzard will provide our agents the tools and resources to catapult their businesses to the next level while remaining true to who we are as a company. ERA Grizzard’s values and culture mirrors our own, and I’m excited to be a part of what we'll accomplish working together.”

ERA Grizzard’s expansion into Volusia and Seminole Counties with offices in DeLand, Ormond Beach, and Sanford follows their expansion into the Orlando market last summer. Their strategic growth has resulted in consistent increases in rankings on the Real Trends and RIS Media Top 500.
