After moving to the United States as a performer in an Irish Band for Disney Springs, David got his start in Real Estate after experiencing it first-hand through his wife's career in the Title Industry. From there developed his love for helping home buyers and sellers reach their Real Estate goals, leading to the start of his own successful Real Estate career.
Today, he enjoys helping buyers find their perfect piece of Central Florida - helping them find the location and lifestyle that best suits their unique needs thanks to his extensive area expertise. For home sellers, he uses innovative marketing techniques and market insights to help earn them the highest value as quickly as possible.
"My favorite part about Real Estate is providing impeccable service to each of my clients," he explains. "It's important to me to really get to know my clients, and I genuinely have a vested interest in them and their unique needs. I feel the level of reward is so much higher when working with clients that essentially become friends."
David works to continuously sharpen his Real Estate knowledge and skills, participating in learning programs in order to best serve his clients. Whether he's walking them through a multiple offer situation or helping overcome an unforeseen circumstance in a transaction, his expertise in the industry is as essential resource for both buyers and sellers. When working with buyers, one of his favorite communities is the Hamlin development for the area's proximity to Winter Garden, Disney, choice of home types, and price points.

In his free time, David enjoys playing Irish music for local events and festivals in his community throughout Orlando, still including Disney Springs! He also loves traveling with his wife Michelle. Being from Ireland, he has traveled all over mainland Europe, and they try to visit two new destinations each year!
