Dedication, time management, and exceptional customer service are always her main focus throughout any transaction, skills she learned through her 12 year career as a Registered Nurse. In fact, she’s received various awards for her leadership skills, and has been recognized for providing exemplary care to her clients.
“I have made it my priority to provide the kind of care and service to others that leaves them feeling like family,” she says.
Her favorite part of her Real Estate career is “being able to help someone in one of the most important decisions of their life and making that process an enjoyable one.”
Tiffany has been a resident of Florida for almost 30 years, and she enjoys assisting her clients sell their house, or find their perfect home in Lake County or nearby in the famous 55 Plus community of The Villages, Florida.
She was inspired to start a career in Real Estate by her family of business owners and Realtors. With her love for the industry, her personal strengths, and extensive knowledge of the market, she knew becoming a Realtor was the right move.
“Helping people is my calling. Over the last 12 years I have helped people through some of the most difficult times in their lives. Now I want to branch out and help people in one of the most exciting, rewarding times of their life,” she explains.

“I will be the 4th person from my family to join your team. My husband John Bach joined ERA Grizzard in The Villages alongside his mother Toni Chapman and his sister Dallas Ackley. When not assisting her clients, Tiffany enjoys spending time with her husband and three children visiting the beach, community festivals, fishing, canoeing, and watching FSU football games.
