Sharon Hyres is the epitome of a Real Estate professional.
With a background in a demanding corporate environment, Sharon’s roles ranged from Regional Sales Manager to Senior Account Executive. During her time working with the titans of Florida industry, she traveled extensively throughout Florida and the Southeast. She accredits her corporate experience to her extensive knowledge of Florida’s distinctive communities and her understanding of the needs of the corporate client.Sharon’s advanced contract negotiation and practiced communication skills have transitioned seamlessly into helping families relocate from across the nation. As a Broker Associate, she is a key team member of ERA Grizzard’s elite Relocation Department and works extensively with Cartus Relocation, USAA, and other Affinity clients.
While she has ample experience in the luxury market, she is happiest when helping families achieve their home buying and selling goals across all price points. When a buyer is on the hunt for their dream home, she works to keep their stress at a minimum, so the buyer can enjoy the experience. For sellers, she understand the emotional process of selling their home and the importance of a smooth transition into their new one.
