ERA Grizzard Real Estate welcomes Richard Trzaskoma, REALTOR® in Mount Dora, Florida as the newest member of their team.
After being born into a Military family and spending his first 17 years overseas and across the United States, Richard enlisted in the Air Force just before his 18th birthday. He served his country for 22 years, and when he retired from the military in 2006, he became a pilot for Southwest Airlines.
Today, Richard continues to dedicate his life to serving others as he brings his unique experience and market expertise to buyers and sellers throughout the Central Florida area.
Serving military and airline employees has been a particular focus for him, as he understands first-hand their unique Real Estate needs and is passionate about helping them reach their goals when buying or selling.
"My intent is to take all the things I have learned in life and focus it into helping every customer I can," explains Richard.
Being a military man and experienced pilot, challenges are a specialty for Richard, and one of the things he loves most about Real Estate.
For home buyers, finding the perfect home match to best fit his client's needs is his passion and something he excels at by using his hyper-local expertise. Whether they are looking for acreage or a specific community lifestyle, Richard serves as a guide in their Real Estate journey.
For sellers, Richard offers unique services in individualized and advanced marketing strategies to earn top dollar for his clients as quickly as possible.
After working with an ERA Grizzard, Realtor®, Richard made the decision to join ERA Grizzard. To him, it was a simple choice. "Everyone is smiling and going out of their way to help me," he explains.
On his days off, Richard enjoys spending time with his family and still flies as a Captain at a major U.S. airline. His wife, Stacy, and he have personally bought, sold, and lived in a variety of properties over the years as a hobby of theirs has been Real Estate and HGTV series for quite some time now.
Additionally, The Trzaskoma Family lives in the Lake County area and has 3 horses, 5 classic cars, a dog, a sand volleyball court, a pretty impressive garage bar, and roughly 100,000 bees right outside their house with their own bee farm!
