Grizzard Commercial Real Estate Group is pleased to welcome Rachel Wikan to their team.

Rachel Wikan began her career in Commercial Real Estate over 20 years ago. Since then, she has done it all: management, marketing, medical office space operations, contractual services, and leasing.

Through her extensive experience in all facets of commercial Real Estate, she was able to determine her greatest strengths - marketing, leasing, management, and brokerage of medical and commercial properties.

"I also specialize in vacant land sales and enjoy the research and due diligence required to properly valuate and represent these unique properties," says Rachel Wikan, Grizzard Commercial Real Estate Group. 

Today, Rachel is the newest member of Grizzard Commercial Real Estate Group.

“I decided to join Grizzard Commercial Real Estate Group because of my meeting with Gus Grizzard.  He and I bounced back and forth about ideas and where he sees his company going.

I could envision myself growing with Grizzard Commercial and playing an integral part in the growth and future development of the company,” said Rachel Wikan on joining Grizzard Commercial Real Estate Group.

In her free time, you can find Rachel teaching fitness classes and spending time with her husband and their two children, Audrey and WIlliam.  

“When anyone asks us if we are celebrating a special occasion, we tell them ‘Every Time We Are Together It Is A Special Occasion!’” she says.
