For the fourth consecutive year, the #GivingTuesdayERA campaign will support Toys for Tots at multiple of our offices throughout Florida!
The following offices are participating in a Toy Drive through December 6th: The Villages, Dr. Phillips, DeLand, Mount Dora, Clermont and Leesburg! We're having our main event on November 29th so feel free to stop by and donate to a good cause. We're looking forward to the outcome!

What is Giving Tuesday?
Giving back to our community is at the heart of what we do here at ERA Grizzard and across the Team ERA network.
I’m excited to share we will be joining ERA affiliated brokerages worldwide to participate in an “act of giving” on #GivingTuesday, November 29.
For those unfamiliar with this day, #GivingTuesday is a global day of giving that connects diverse groups of individuals, communities and organizations around the world for one common purpose: to celebrate and encourage giving.
As part of our efforts, we will join our ERA colleagues across the country to host a Toys for Tots toy drive during the holiday season. Toys for Tots, celebrating 75 years of service to our communities, is a national program with a local impact – they have programs in all 50 states and distribute an annual average of 18 million toys to seven million children in need. Please help us ensure every child has a gift this holiday season. We’ll be collecting donations of new, unwrapped toys in Leesburg, Doctor Phillips, Mount Dora, The Villages, DeLand and Clermont office locations. All donations will be distributed to local children. Our drive will run from Tuesday, November 1 through December 6. The toys will be picked up from each office on December 7.

ERA Grizzard Real Estate Clermont Team
Our Clermont office will be hosting an open house on November 29th from 11AM-2PM as we collect donations for Toys for Tots. Hors d'oeuvres will be served and if you bring a toy you'll be entered to win a brag-worthy gift basket (1 toy = 1 entry). Clermont is seeking community partners that are contributing to ensure that every child has a gift for this holiday season. Looking to gain exposure for your business for a good cause? We've made it easy to get involved... Let us know from the options below - select as many as you like!
- Promote - 11/29 Giving Tuesday Open House & Toy Drive in your store. We will bring a poster, flyers, and/or postcards for you to put out and help us spread the word.
- Sponsor - Provide a food item/dish to serve on 11/29 at our Open House & Toy Drive at our Clermont office. Your business name/logo will be included on all event promotional signage and flyers, with additional signage next to your food item.
- Swag - Donate items to include in a 'thank you' bag for donors on 11/29. 20-30 items, such as branded swag, gift cards, flyers, sweet treats, product samples, etc.
- Gift Basket - Donate item(s) to include in the gift basket, to be raffled off on 11/29 Open House and Toy Drive. Please submit donations no later than 11/25

ERA Grizzard Real Estate Mount Dora Team
Our Mount Dora office will be participating in a Giving Tuesday Shopping & Brunch event. The agents will meet on November 29th at 10 AM to shop at Target and they will be having brunch to follow ~12 PM at the Mount Dora office. ERA Grizzard Real Estate Volusia Team (DeLand office)
This year we're going to be combining our Daytona Beach and DeLand offices to participate in our Giving Tuesday event. ERA Grizzard Real Estate Dr. Phillips & Orlando Team
This year we're going to be combining our Dr. Phillips and Orlando offices to participate in our Giving Tuesday event. We will be hosting our Drive-Through Toy Drive at our Dr. Phillips office on November 29th from 12 PM - 4 PM for our annual drive through event. ERA Grizzard Real Estate Leesburg & The Villages Team
This year we're going to be combining our Leesburg and The Villages office with Giving Tuesday. Our agents will be meeting at Target at 10 AM to do a team shopping spree for the children in need. Brunch is going to be following at The Villages office at noon. If you would like to drop off any toys you have time through December 7th to get it over to either of the offices. The basic mission of the Marine Toys for Tots Program is to collect new unwrapped toys and distribute those toys to less fortunate children at Christmas. The primary goal of Marine Toys for Tots is, through the gift of a new toy, help bring the joy of Christmas and send a message of hope to America's less fortunate children. In order to better execute the Program, in 1991 the Marine Toys for Tots Foundation was created at the behest of the Marine Corps.
