Lisa Jones will be leading our Sales Department as Director of Sales in Daytona Beach, and DeLand offices in addition to Mount Dora, while Prudence Manolov has accepted the position of Associate Director of Sales along side her. Lisa Jones and Prudence Manolov both bring a huge variety of knowledge and experience that they're excited to share with everyone in their offices!

Lisa was previously Director of Sales for our Mount Dora office, and now she will be expanding her expertise to the DeLand and Daytona offices. She will be working diligently in this new role to help agents in their career development, with them side-by-side as they train on everything ERA Grizzard has to offer. Prudence Manolov is going to be Lisa Jones's co-pilot as they grow these teams to soaring success. Her ability to promote team member engagement and attract new talent is going to be essential as we continue to expand. These positions guarantee that whenever our agents need help with anything, Lisa Jones and Prudence are in their corner!

About Lisa Jones
Lisa has been licensed since 2006 as a Realtor in Lake County, Florida. During her career she became a short-sale specialist, gaining an annual 90% referral and repeat customer base. Since then Lisa has obtained her Broker License and Florida Real Estate Instructor Certificate. She serves on several committees at her local real estate board office and is the Director of events for the Women's Council of Realtors NorthLake.
Lisa is now the Director of Sales for ERA Grizzard's Mount Dora, DeLand and Daytona Beach offices. Her mission is to support her agents through training, coaching, and by helping them leverage all of the tools and resources ERA Grizzard has to offer. Her satisfaction comes from being part of ERA Grizzard's collaborative office culture and the desire to help each agent plan, build and grow successful businesses.
