ERA Grizzard: How Did You Get Started in Real Estate?

Liz Dietrich: I got started in Real Estate in 2000 after meeting an agent who really impressed me.  I was looking for a new career after being in the wholesale gift industry for many years, and Real Estate just seemed to be the perfect fit. 

ERA Grizzard: What do you enjoy most about Real Estate? 

Liz Dietrich: The things I enjoy most about Real Estate are the people I meet and how much I have learned from them over the years. They have helped make me the agent I am today.  I foundearly on that the one thing that people want most in their agent is honesty...just tell them the truth!  Years ago, my motto/promise to my customers is that I will not tell them what they want to hear but I will always tell them what they need to know... 

ERA Grizzard: Why did you join ERA Grizzard Real Estate?

Liz Dietrich: I joined ERA Grizzard Real Estate because I saw the direction this company was going in, and that it was going to change Real Estate in The Villages. I wanted to be part of that. Plus, my good friends had already made the move!!!! 

ERA Grizzard: What sets you apart from other Realtors?

Liz Dietrich: I think one of the things that I do best is being able to solve problems that can arise from a transaction...being able to ask the hard questions up front so there are no surprises later on.  A lot of agents seem to be afraid to do that.  I want everyone to leave the closing table happy. 

ERA Grizzard: What kind of hobbies/interests do you have (outside of Real Estate!) 

Liz Dietrich: My hobby as always been my love of horses.  I started the "Horsin' Around" club in The Villages in 2001.  At that time we had 2 horses that I rode regularly.  I love sharing my experience with others every chance I get.
