Today, he offers his first-hand knowledge of Central Florida's Real Estate and neighborhoods to assist both home buyers and home sellers. His valuable expertise of the area's unique community options earned from owning a pool company has proved to be an incredibly useful resource for his clients looking to buy or sell. To Matthew, the best part about Real Estate is the joy he feels when "meeting strangers and helping them during and after the process of buying or selling a home and turning them into friends," he explains. He enjoys staying in touch with his clients after the closing as well, along with the friendships he's gained through Real Estate.   For sellers, going above and beyond is Matthew's trademark. His clients consistently note how he was by their side through their entire Real Estate journey, doing anything needed to ensure a successful closing.    For home buyers, Matthew uses his hyper-local insight and extensive market knowledge to lock in the home that best fits his client's needs.   When asked why he chose ERA Grizzard Real Estate to further his business, he replied:   "I joined ERA Grizzard for multiple reasons. Not only for marketing but resources to help to further my Real Estate knowledge, abilities, and also what I can offer my clients to assist them 110% whether they are buying or selling."   In his free time, Matthew plays in a real football (soccer) league with friends and staying active at the gym to help counteract his occasional happy hour adventures. He also enjoys spending time with his mum.
