After owning his own business for several years, Matthew Levanda brought his innate passion for helping others to the Real Estate industry of the Greater Orlando, Florida area.

His valuable expertise of the area's unique community options earned from owning a pool company has proved to be an incredibly useful resource for his clients looking to buy or sell.

To Matthew, the best part about Real Estate is the joy he feels when "meeting strangers and helping them during and after the process of buying or selling a home and turning them into friends," he explains. He enjoys staying in touch with his clients after the closing as well, along with the friendships he's gained through Real Estate.
