Leesburg, FL - ERA Grizzard Real Estate is proud to recognize two of its team members for their achievements awarded at the 2016 ERA International Business Conference.

Associates of ERA Grizzard Real Estate, a local Real Estate Firm with 6 offices across Central Florida, received two prestigious awards at this year’s conference. The awards were presented by the President and CEO of ERA Real Estate - a leading global Real Estate franchisor.

Jim Richardson, a Realtor with ERA Grizzard Real Estate in Leesburg, Florida, was honored with The Momentum Award from ERA.

This prestigious award recognizes sustained growth from the previous year in areas such as adjusted gross commission.

Additionally, Tom Grizzard, the founder of ERA Tom Grizzard Real Estate, was inducted into the ERA Hall of Fame.

ERA Grizzard's collaborative culture, focus on innovation, and dedication to the community started with Tom Grizzard in 1968. He's defined what it means to be ERA for over 40 years. Tom is truly an ERA legend and ambassador, and ERA Grizzard wouldn't be the same without him. 

Inductees to the ERA Hall of Fame are selected for achieving tenure of ten or more years in top production categories. They are also recognized as making a clear impact on the history and the success of ERA’s brand.
