ERA Grizzard Real Estate is excited to announce Jo Holton as the the newest leader of our team! Jo will be leading our Residential Sales Team as Director of Sales in Dr. Phillips, Florida. She brings a huge variety of knowledge and experience that she's excited to share with everyone in the Dr. Phillips office!

About Jo Holton
Stepping into the role of Director of Sales as our new leader in Orlando, Jo is excited to get to work. She started her real estate career in Jackson Hole, WY in 2009 and soon after that managed 5 offices in Wyoming and Idaho for the Christie affiliate. She moved to Florida in 2018 and accepted a position with the Walt Disney Company working in the Disney Vacation Club division. Shortly after she received her Florida RE license in 2019 and became a full time agent in 2021 leaving her Disney job behind.
She was a Top Producer with Keller Williams and Century 21, while she was at Keller Williams she served up to 10-20 mentees at a time. Jo is a Certified Relocation Specialist, Certified Residential Investment Specialist and is studying for her Broker license currently. She lives in Clermont with husband Dennis, and son Shane. Jo is a mom to 7 (plus countless "work kids"!) She is also a big believer in TEAM (Together Everyone Achieves More). There is no doubt that her past leadership experience and focus on individual relationships is going to help our Orlando team and market achieve new levels of success!
