Today, she brings her local knowledge and passion for helping buyers and sellers throughout Lake County to ERA Grizzard Real Estate. “Each area of Lake County has something so unique and special about it to love. We are a diverse community, but small enough to remain quaint and family oriented,” said Jennifer.  Jennifer prides herself in providing clear and consistent communication to her Real Estate clients. Coupled with individually customized marketing strategies and advanced technology, Lunginbuhl recognizes the importance of having the buyer and seller understand the process. She and her husband coach their son's soccer team at the Lake County Soccer Club. They often hold post-practice pool parties for the team because to them, there's nothing better than a home full of kids and laughter. Volunteering plays a large role in Jennifer's life as well.
