She has been named a multi-million dollar producer year after year, awarded ‘Most Creative Marketing Campaign,’ as well as ‘Ambassador of the Year Award’ from her local chamber of commerce. She’s assisted her clients throughout Lake County, Florida for the last 10 years, continuing to honor her father’s legacy by carrying out the belief of ‘doing what it takes based on faith, service, and trust.’ Her Statement of service: “Have *faith* that my allegiance is for all to have complete confidence that I will work hard. Know what I will provide good *service* resulting in customer satisfaction by ‘getting the job done right!’ and gaining your *trust* through assurance that you can rely on my good character, ability, and dependability.” After purchasing her own 10 acres in Lake County, Florida and building her dream home, she loves assisting others in making their dream a reality, too. “There's nothing like owning a piece of this good earth and creating a homestead to be proud of, and I take great joy in helping others achieve their Real Estate goals.” she says. When asked why she chose to join ERA Grizzard Real Estate to continue her career as a Realtor in Lake County, Florida, she replied: “I am excited to take things to the next level as I continue my career with ERA Grizzard Real Estate. With so many tools and marketing aggressiveness, I hope to be an even better agent for my loyal and new customers.” When she’s not assisting clients, you can find Jeanne with her husband and 3 daughters enjoying everything their countryside lifestyle has to offer. From gardening to fishing, camping, kayaking, and visiting the beach, they enjoy spending time together as a family, along with their three pups! ## Contact Jeanne Sutton, Realtor in Mount Dora and Lake County, Florida [352-978-1934](tel:352-978-1934) | [JSutton@ERAGrizzard.com](mailto:JSutton@ERAGrizzard.com) | [JeanneSutton.com](http://www.jeannesutton.com/) ## Up Next with Jeanne [**Explore Lake County**](http://www.jeannesutton.com/areas) [![lakes\_in\_lake\_county\_real\_estate.jpg](https://blog.eragrizzard.com/hs-fs/hubfs/buy_a_home/tips_for_buying_a_lake_front_home/lakes_in_lake_county_real_estate.jpg?width=202&name=lakes_in_lake_county_real_estate.jpg)](http://www.jeannesutton.com/areas)**Lake County is famous for its natural beauty surrounding the most popular Real Estate is Central Florida - lakefront.
