ERA Grizzard:** How Did You Get Started in Real Estate?  **Kathy Reeg-Polfer:** I started my real estate career as a property appraiser. The experience gives me an advantage when it comes to helping sellers price their homes. Additionally, I can advise buyers from an educated standpoint when they are ready to make an offer. This is where my love of homes begins. I enjoy working with people and my background helps make their dreams come true at the best possible price point.  **2. ERA Grizzard:** What do you enjoy most about Real Estate?   **Kathy Reeg-Polfer:** I like finding the best solution for my clients.  It's very satisfying to help a seller find a buyer who will love their home as much as they did, when they [have to relocate](http://www.eragrizzard.com/relocation) or when they are trading-up or downsizing.  **3. ERA Grizzard:** Why did you join ERA Grizzard Real Estate? **Kathy Reeg-Polfer:** It is the most successful ERA Company in Florida, and one of the top ERA producers in the country. Consequently, my professional growth is limited only by my own choices.  ERA GRIZZARD offers me the support and technology many competitors wish they could offer their agents and their customers. **4. ERA Grizzard:** What’s your best piece of advice for buyers today?   **Kathy Reeg-Polfer:** The time for realizing your American dream of home ownership may never be better. We may not see interest rates or home prices this low again in our lifetime. **5. ERA Grizzard:** What does your home say about you?  **Kathy Reeg-Polfer:** That I am in my Car TOO MUCH :-) My home and pool miss me!
