Henry Hensley was honored with Property Management's 'Lowest Delinquency Rate' award for 2020 and was presented with this prestigious recognition at the ERA Grizzard Real Estate 2021 Awards Show & Annual Kickoff by Broker/Owner, Gus Grizzard.
This honor is earned by the individual Property Manager who is the most successful in collecting rent for properties managed throughout the ERA Grizzard Property Management division for 2020.Hensley accomplished an impressive 0.02% delinquency rate in the year 2020. In addition, Henry maintained a strong reputation for customer satisfaction and continuously strives for excellence when serving his clients.
