She focuses on spreading that same enjoyment with home buyers and sellers throughout the Orlando area and beyond. She's been awarded as a top producer, bronze level club, by the Orlando Regional Realtors Association and a top producer for selling over $5 million in 2016 - 2018.  Her favorite part about Real Estate centers around her clients. It's about helping them "make their dreams and goals a reality," she explains.  For home-buyers, Heather enjoys working with first-time home buyers as she understands a new endeavor like homeownership can be intimidating. Helping explain the process and reassuring them of the benefits and opportunities this new step can bring has proven to be a specialty of hers. Having lived in Central Florida her entire life also helps her best assist her clients. From her hyper-local insight and extensive market expertise, Heather works tirelessly to ensure her client's Real Estate journeys are successful.  For sellers, she prides herself in being able to offer advanced technology resources and individualized marketing strategies to help them earn top dollar as quickly as possible. When asked why she chose to join ERA Grizzard Real Estate, she explained: "Their competitive marketing and advanced technology is a step up from any Real Estate company I’ve seen which will help me level up my business." In her free time, you can find her traveling, giving back to her community through local events, spending time at Disney, paddleboarding, or relaxing at the beach! ## **Contact Heather Sikes, REALTOR® in Orlando, Florida** ## **(407) 619-6060 [HSikes@eragrizzard.com](mailto:hsikes@eragrizzard.com) [www.HeatherSikes.com](https://www.heathersikes.com/)** --- [![careers with ERA Grizzard Real Estate](https://no-cache.hubspot.com/cta/default/481286/cf5bff60-6f4c-49b6-96f4-85435c8d75b5.png)](https://cta-redirect.hubspot.com/cta/redirect/481286/cf5bff60-6f4c-49b6-96f4-85435c8d75b5) # [ERA Grizzard Named in Top 350 Nationally by RISMedia & REAL Trends](https://blog.eragrizzard.com/presstalk/era-grizzard-named-in-top-350-nationally-by-rismedia-real-trends)[![ris and real trends 2019 graphic pr](https://blog.eragrizzard.com/hs-fs/hubfs/PR/ris%20and%20real%20trends%202019%20graphic%20pr.png?width=640&name=ris%20and%20real%20trends%202019%20graphic%20pr.png)](https://blog.eragrizzard.com/presstalk/era-grizzard-named-in-top-350-nationally-by-rismedia-real-trends) # [\[VIDEO\] ERA Grizzard Real Estate 2018 Year In Review](https://blog.eragrizzard.com/presstalk/video-era-grizzard-real-estate-2018-year-in-review)[![2018 year in review thumbnail ](https://blog.eragrizzard.com/hs-fs/hubfs/PR/2018%20year%20in%20review%20thumbnail%20.png?width=956&name=2018%20year%20in%20review%20thumbnail%20.png)](https://blog.eragrizzard.com/presstalk/video-era-grizzard-real-estate-2018-year-in-review) Topics: [New Team Member](https://blog.eragrizzard.com/presstalk/topic/new-team-member) ### Subscribe to PressTalk ### Recent Posts ### Posts by Topic -
