Clermont, FL: ERA Grizzard Real Estate welcomes Haley Gerig to their Property Management Team.
 

Haley Gerig was encouraged to begin her career in Property Management after purchasing and managing her first rental. She enjoyed the process so much that she gained her license and began managing properties full time.  

To her, the best part of property management is working with property owners on the commercial side, allowing her to be out in the community.

“When working with a property management company, we specialize in taking care of the owner's home while finding tenants a space to call home, so it is a win-win situation for everyone,” says Haley, Property Manager in Lake County, Florida.

Haley assists business and property owners in Lake County - specifically the South Lake and Orlando area.

ERA Grizzard is excited to welcome Haley as their newest property manager. When asked why she chose to join ERA Grizzard she responded:

“I wanted to learn and work with the best. I have known a few Realtors from the company and have found them helpful and friendly while working in the community.”

When she’s not managing properties and assisting clients, Haley enjoys gardening, target practice, and watching movies.

She’s the co-founder for Sweet Treats in the Arts, a scholarships for Lake County High School students, and has been a runner in The Amazing Race for 3 years.
