She enjoys showcasing the lifestyle options offered in this unique area of Central Florida to her clients. In fact, her favorite part of her career is being able to help fulfill her client’s dreams, and she enjoys guiding her customers through the ‘what if’s’ of their Real Estate journey while they find their perfect home. When asked why she chose to join ERA Grizzard Real Estate, she responded: “I met Nick Tsolakis, one of the company’s agents, and he praised the company, talked about how family oriented it is, and how everyone is there to help you. When I looked on the company’s website, I noticed they work with military families, which is huge to me as my husband is in the National Guard.” When she’s not busy assisting clients, you can find Genie enjoying sports as she is a huge Redskins fan, and is also a part of a drag racing team. She and her husband also enjoy traveling in their RV with their fur babies, a cat and a dog! ## Contact Genie Muldoon, REALTOR® in The Villages, Florida [www.GenieMuldoon.com](http://www.geniemuldoon.com/) |  [352-816-8765](tel:352-816-8765) | [GMuldoon@ERAGrizzard.com](mailto:gmuldoon@eragrizzard.com) ## [![careers with ERA Grizzard Real Estate](https://no-cache.hubspot.com/cta/default/481286/cf5bff60-6f4c-49b6-96f4-85435c8d75b5.png)](https://cta-redirect.hubspot.com/cta/redirect/481286/cf5bff60-6f4c-49b6-96f4-85435c8d75b5) ## -UP NEXT- # [VIDEO: ERA Grizzard Voted 'Best of the West' Real Estate Compan](https://blog.eragrizzard.com/presstalk/era-grizzard-real-estate-voted-best-of-the-west-real-estate-company)y [![best-of-west-video.png](https://blog.eragrizzard.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Press_Releases/best-of-west-video.png?width=617&height=348&name=best-of-west-video.png)](https://blog.eragrizzard.com/presstalk/era-grizzard-real-estate-voted-best-of-the-west-real-estate-company) --- # [ERA Grizzard Real Estate Honored as a 2017 OBJ 'Best Place to Work'](https://blog.eragrizzard.com/presstalk/era-grizzard-real-estate-honored-as-a-2017-obj-best-place-to-work) ## [![obj best place to work era grizzard real estate.png](https://blog.eragrizzard.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Press_Releases/obj%20best%20place%20to%20work%20era%20grizzard%20real%20estate.png?width=619&height=335&name=obj%20best%20place%20to%20work%20era%20grizzard%20real%20estate.png)](https://blog.eragrizzard.com/presstalk/era-grizzard-real-estate-honored-as-a-2017-obj-best-place-to-work)  Topics: [New Team Member](https://blog.eragrizzard.com/presstalk/topic/new-team-member) ### Subscribe to PressTalk ### Recent Posts ### Posts by Topic -
