As a third generation Real Estate professional, Genie Muldoon is proud to follow in her family’s footsteps and is passionate about assisting home buyers and sellers in and around The Villages, Florida.
She enjoys showcasing the lifestyle options offered in this unique area of Central Florida to her clients. In fact, her favorite part of her career is being able to help fulfill her client’s dreams, and she enjoys guiding her customers through the ‘what if’s’ of their Real Estate journey while they find their perfect home.When asked why she chose to join ERA Grizzard Real Estate, she responded:

When I looked on the company’s website, I noticed they work with military families, which is huge to me as my husband is in the National Guard.”
When she’s not busy assisting clients, you can find Genie enjoying sports as she is a huge Redskins fan, and is also a part of a drag racing team. She and her husband also enjoy traveling in their RV with their fur babies, a cat and a dog!
