Franki Gonzalez, Realtor in Orlando joins ERA Grizzard as a Real Estate Agent and a key member of their Relocation Team.

Franki Gonzalez was inspired to pursue a career in Real Estate after a personal experience purchasing a condo in 2006.

Her Realtor’s professionalism and attitude made Franki’s home buying experience enjoyable rather than stressful. She became a Realtor herself in 2009 and is committed to providing the same level of service to her own clients and their families.

Franki recently joined ERA Grizzard and their elite team of Relocation Agents in Orlando. 

“I joined ERA Grizzard because I saw the enthusiasm for Real Estate in the realtors and wanted to be a part of a team,” says Franki Gonzalez.

Franki continues her team mentality and approach when working with her clients. Her goal is to work with her home buyers to find them their dream home regardless of the type of property and to assist her sellers in a successful sale of their current home.

“Buyers need to keep in mind that the seller wants to sell, but there is always a bottom line. So you may have to make several offers before the right house comes along.

Sellers need to keep in mind that buyers do not have the same criteria as a seller. So presenting your house in the best possible light, will make your home more appealing.  Both buyers and sellers are looking at the transaction differently,” advises Franki Gonzalez, Realtor in Orlando.   

Many of Franki’s home buyers are relocating to Orlando and Central Florida.

From the weather, to sporting events and the outdoor lifestyle, to the art and culture, there is something for everyone.

While Real Estate in Central Florida has its advantages, she advises buyers to work with an experience Realtor to guide them through the area and home buying process.

“When relocating clients should keep in mind that they are moving to a whole different place.  What they are use, to may not be the norm here in Central Florida,” says Franki.

In her free time, you can find Franki taking advantage of the outdoor Florida lifestyle. She’s stays active by cycling and walking and enjoys watching her kids play sports.
