**ERA Grizzard Real Estate was voted the 'Best of the West' Real Estate company.**

The competition is hosted by the West News Journal each year, and voters decide who earns the title of the 'Best in the West' for each category.

ERA Grizzard recently celebrated their 1 year anniversary of entering the Volusia Real Estate market with their [expansion into DeLand in June 2016](https://blog.eragrizzard.com/presstalk/total-realty-corp-joins-era-grizzard-real-estate). In this short time, residents have embraced their team as the preferred Real Estate company in West Volusia.

ERA Grizzard prides itself on providing the highest level of customer service and the latest resources for home buyers and sellers in today's market.

"We're honored to be chosen as 'Best of the West' Real Estate company." says Gus Grizzard, Principal Broker and CEO of ERA Grizzard Real Estate. "Thank you to the voters for making this possible and to Beverley Hibbert, our Director of Sales, for her strong leadership. We look forward to continuing to serve your Real Estate needs in this great community."
