Gagnon’s methods for sustainable and proven growth were developed and proven during his impressive career in Real Estate. Gagnon’s diverse background amplifies the strength of ERA Grizzard’s senior leadership team. His past positions include: eight years as the Director of Technology for ERA Europe - the largest Real Estate franchise network in Europe, the Director of Technology for a super-regional direct mortgage lender, and the President of RP Digital Marketing. His international expertise combined with his mastery of Real Estate technology and marketing are invaluable to ERA Grizzard’s commitment to innovation and unparalleled service to both agents and customers. > “It’s our goal to go above-and-beyond what’s standard in Real Estate,” says Gus Grizzard, Broker/Owner of ERA Grizzard. “The core of our value proposition is based on relationships and exceptional service. Whether it’s the support we provide our agents or the value we provide to our customers, Phillip will advance and refine our dedication to industry excellence.” Through collaboration with each department and sales office, Gagnon will work to ensure growth and sustainability across the ERA Grizzard brand. > “ERA Grizzard is about making good people great and making great people the best around. Each member of the company is here to support each other,” says Phillip Gagnon, COO of ERA Grizzard. “We are more concerned with the people behind the name than the numbers. From staff to agents, we are all partners.”   The addition of Gagnon to ERA Grizzard’s senior leadership team follows the brand’s [recent expansion into the Volusia and Seminole County markets](https://blog.eragrizzard.com/presstalk/total-realty-corp-joins-era-grizzard-real-estate).
