ERA Grizzard achieves national acclaim as the finalist and award recipient for several prestigious recognitions from ERA Real Estate including top all-around company.
ERA Grizzard Real Estate experienced impressive growth in 2016 with an expansion into the Seminole and Volusia County markets, was named a 'Fastest Growing Company in Central Florida,' and was Ranked Nationally by RealTrends and RISMedia.
Their success in the marketplace and industry was also recognized by ERA Real Estate.
Each year, ERA Real Estate grants awards to their top franchises across the country. ERA Grizzard Real Estate of Central Florida has been named a finalist for a number of these recognitions, including the esteemed Gene Francis Memorial Award which honors the top all-around company in ERA.
This nomination follows their impressive history as the first company to win the award back-to-back in 2010 and 2011. This award is the highest honor an ERA company can receive and recognizes integrity and excellence in Real Estate. Companies are evaluated through 26 different categories.

ERA Grizzard was also awarded Platinum Status, named for three additional Circle of Success Awards, and their own Donnie Garland was nominated for ERA Rookie of the Year.
In order to reach the status of ‘Platinum,’ the company must reach $280 Million+ in Volume and/or 1500+ Total Units Closed. ERA Grizzard Real Estate closed over 2,700 transactions in 2016.
Their impressive number of transactions and company growth also lead to their nomination as a finalist for the Momentum Award which recognizes the three ERA companies who have experienced the most growth through the prior year.
Their success is due in part to their use of ERA tools and resources which was recognized with their nomination as a finalist for The Commitment to Excellence Award.
While ERA Grizzard experienced impressive growth, their dedication to their clients remained the top priority and resulted in the nomination as a finalist for The Jim Jackson Memorial Award for 1st in Service. This recognition is presented to the companies who set themselves apart with their productivity and excellent customer service. It is based on customer input through ERA Satisfaction Surveys sent after each transaction. ERA Grizzard received an impressive score of over 98% for their 2016 customer surveys.
ERA Grizzard Real Estate is honored to be recognized as a finalist for each of these distinguished accomplishments and congratulates their fellow finalists on a successful year of achievements.
The winners of each award will be announced at ERA Real Estate’s International Business Conference in Dallas, Texas in March 2017.
