ERA Grizzard recognizes and celebrates their team's 2020 achievements and successes at the company's Awards Show & Annual Kickoff. This year the event took place as a virtual event and was produced live with a full production studio behind the scenes and hosted by Broker/Owner, Gus Grizzard.
Special guest appearances included Sheri Chris, ERA® Real Estate President & CEO, and Keynote Speaker, Dan Elzer from 'The Training Academy.'
Coming off of a year focused on relationships and executing a 99.26% customer satisfaction rating, ERA Grizzard also announced they would be moving forward into the new year with a more measurable and precise metric and revealed the 2021 Vision as a '21% increase in listings.'
The show specifically honored and recognized the many triumphs of the past year and took the ERA Grizzard team on a journey through a 2020 recap, lessons learned, and how ERA Grizzard is committed to helping drive 2021 initiatives through resources, support, and marketing. Here's a look at the ERA Grizzard 2020 team awards and accomplishments:
Linda Lee was named ERA Grizzard's 'Agent of the Year.' Despite the difficulties in 2020, Linda was a true team player who focuses on her business. She attended numerous meetings, trainings, events and was a constant motivating presence. Linda leveraged the company tools and resources to grow her business and increased her listings year over year. She not only worked hard for her well-deserved successes and recognitions, but her positive attitude and adoption of the Team ERA culture have inspired many. She's a real example of what it means to be the 'Agent of the Year.'
Megan Phipps was awarded 'Rookie of the Year' after wrapping up her first full year in Real Estate. Since joining ERA Grizzard, she has grown her business by fully embracing all the company has to offer and continuously implements Ninja Selling principles along the way. Megan always wears a smile on her face and is willing to help her clients and her peers as well. She truly represents what it means to be an ERA Grizzard agent and how to begin and propel a career towards success effectively.
The Iron Gate Team earned the 'Top Residential Sales Team' award, led by Mohamed Kahn. This particular team of agents is more than willing to help others, even those outside their Iron Gate Team. They are consistently prospecting and going the distance for customers. The team leverages tools & resources and plans & executes to reach their goals, and closed over $33 Million in volume in 2020. The team's driving factor is accountability, and they are a shining example of authentic team culture.
Loretta Maimone earned the 'Top Producer in the Entire Company' award. She is a successful and respected REALTOR® and is recognized as one of the nation's top Real Estate agents. While being a successful businesswoman, she also highly prioritizes giving back to the community she proudly serves. The dedication and expertise she brings to her home buyers and sellers do not focus on the transaction but the actual person(s). Loretta is genuinely authentic, and her innate qualities allow her to be effortlessly consistent and thorough. She is truly a pillar to the Real Estate and Lake County community.
Beverley Hibbert was honored with the 'Humanitarian of the Year' award. She represents servant leadership and what it means to give back to the community and those around you. Beverley goes above and beyond her job description and management responsibilities with added personal outreach, checking-in during difficult times, and organizing company efforts to help spread cheer when needed. She was a brand ambassador for the ERA Grizzard Care & Sunshine team long before the committee officially formed. Her outstanding work, authenticity, and significant impact in 2020 on many lives earned her this well-deserved recognition.
Lisa Carter was named 2020's 'Brand Ambassador' for her outstanding efforts in telling the ERA Grizzard story and what it's like to be a part of Team ERA. She took bold and fearless steps in promoting herself online by leveraging ERA Grizzard's social media content and made networking a key part of her business. Lisa embraced the Ninja Selling principles and implemented new strategies gained from ERA Grizzard's Real Coaching program. By applying these tools and resources, she was able to accomplish a marked increase in her business.
For the second consecutive year in a row, Glenn Cowham was awarded 'Property Manager of the Year' by focusing on growing his business. In 2020, Glenn increased his portfolio by 17% and consistently maintained a delinquency rate under 4%. He encompasses a genuine dedication to his field and continuously prioritizes the service he provides to owners and tenants. Glenn always makes sure his clients have everything they need and goes above and beyond what's expected. He is always available and has a respected reputation in Property Management throughout Central Florida.
Toni Chapman was named the 'Relocation Agent of the Year' for her outstanding services to her clients and Relocation. Toni is a true example of what it means to be a part of the A-Team. She meets all of the metrics while going above and beyond for her customers, as superior customer service is her top priority. Her successes can be seen through her evident dedication to helping others and impressive business stats. Toni's listing conversion rate is 87.50%, and her buyer conversion rate is at a perfect 100%.
Jeff Abrams is the staff member awarded the 'Keystone Award' for 2020. Dedication to excellence indeed describes Jeff. He is always willing to help with a calm and collected demeanor, never panics, and embraces change. Jeff is highly respected by the A-Team agents and takes ownership of the Relocation Department. He is a first-class professional while also treating everyone with respect and compassion. The ERA Grizzard team can always rely on him, and he is an asset to the company.
Lisa Jones was named the 'Broker's Choice' award winner. She joined the management team in 2019 after many years as a successful ERA Grizzard agent. She has made a tremendous impact on the company and goes above and beyond what's expected. Lisa has taken ownership of her leadership position from day one and can always be relied on to execute the company vision and provide valuable feedback. She is dedicated to constant innovation and recently earned her license as a Real Estate instructor. Lisa is committed to fostering an atmosphere of collaboration and is always there for her agents.
