ERA Grizzard recognizes and celebrates their team's 2022 achievements and successes at the company's Awards Show & Annual Kickoff. This year the event took place at The Venetian Center in Leesburg, Florida, and was hosted by Broker/Owner, Gus Grizzard.

Coming off of a year focused on relationships and executing a 99.26% customer satisfaction rating, ERA Grizzard also announced they would be moving forward into the new year with a more measurable and precise metric and revealed the 2023 Vision as a '23% increase in listings.'
The kickoff specifically honored and recognized the many triumphs of the past year and took the ERA Grizzard team on a journey through a 2022 recap, lessons learned, and how ERA Grizzard is committed to helping drive 2023 initiatives through resources, support, and marketing.

COMPANY AWARDS
Agent of the Year
Shawn McCormick - Orlando, FL
Shawn McCormick was named ERA Grizzard's 'Agent of the Year.' Despite the difficulties in 2022, Shawn's always on top of everything and trying to go the extra mile! He has excellent attendance at company & office meetings, and events/functions and has had a very productive year! Shawn leveraged the company tools and resources to grow his business and increased his listings year over year. He not only worked hard for his well-deserved successes and recognition but his positive attitude and adoption of the Team ERA culture have inspired many. He's a real example of what it means to be the 'Agent of the Year.'
Rookie of the Year
Mike Deegan - Leesburg, FL
Mike Deegan was awarded 'Rookie of the Year' after wrapping up his first full year in Real Estate. Since joining ERA Grizzard, he has grown his business by fully embracing all the company has to offer. Mike always wears a smile on his face and is willing to help his clients and his peers as well. He truly represents what it means to be an ERA Grizzard agent and how to begin and propel a career toward success effectively.
Top Residential Sales Team
Life in Lake Team - Mount Dora, FL
The Life in Lake Team earned the 'Top Residential Sales Team' award, led by Stacy Bracewell and Shannon King. This particular team of agents is more than willing to help others, even those outside their Life in Lake Team. They are consistently prospecting and going the distance for customers. The team leverages tools & resources and plans & executes to reach their goals, and closed over $7.6 Million in volume in 2022. The team's driving factor is accountability, and they are a shining example of authentic team culture.
Top Producer in the Entire Company
Loretta Maimone - Mount Dora, FL
Loretta Maimone earned the 'Top Producer in the Entire Company' award. She is a successful and respected REALTOR® and is recognized as one of the nation's top Real Estate agents. While being a successful businesswoman, she also highly prioritizes giving back to the community she proudly serves. The dedication and expertise she brings to her home buyers and sellers do not focus on the transaction but on the actual person(s). Loretta is genuinely authentic, and her innate qualities allow her to be effortlessly consistent and thorough. She is truly a pillar to the Real Estate and Lake County community.
Humanitarian of the Year
Brian Guyer - DeLand, FL
Brian Guyer was honored with the 'Humanitarian of the Year' award. He represents servant leadership and what it means to give back to the community and those around you. Brian goes above and beyond. He is always "there" to lend a hand. He helps with the soup kitchen, he puts poinsettias on the graves at his church, and he helps his clients with move-outs if needed. His outstanding work, authenticity, and significant impact in 2022 on many lives earned her this well-deserved recognition.
Brand Ambassador
Corrina Cole - Leesburg, FL
Corrina Cole was named 2022's 'Brand Ambassador' for her outstanding efforts in telling the ERA Grizzard story and what it's like to be a part of Team ERA. Corinna is always bubbly and talks to everyone whenever there is a team event. She is always taking pictures and videos of the team and is always super involved. Corrina is definitely a Grizzard cheerleader, always pushing the company's activities, and events and utilizing our resources to boost her production... She attends all office events, leveraging ERA Grizzard's tools such as RealVitalize, always wearing a name tag, and attending company events such as Re-Fuel. She all around has a positive attitude despite anything going on personally. By applying these tools and resources, she was able to accomplish a marked increase in her business.
Property Manager of the Year
Jamie Correia - Leesburg, FL
Jamie Correia truly embodies all of the traits that make an excellent Property Manager and was awarded 'Property Manager of the Year' by focusing on growing her business. She takes great pride in her role as a protector of an investment and also a provider of a safe and well-maintained home for her tenants. Jamie leads her clients, tenants, and vendors in confidence when dealing with highly stressful situations. Jamie is always offering help when/if others need it, she goes above and beyond what's expected. She is always available and has a respected reputation in Property Management throughout Central Florida.

She's been a very loyal ERA Grizzard staff member for a very long time and is ALWAYS SO helpful' her willingness to help and learn is unsurpassed. She's always willing to take on more responsibility for anyone, and for our company. She is an excellent resource for so many... staff and agents alike. She is an employee who works very hard. Not only does she keep leads at the top of her mind, but she took on a lot of onboarding/termination tasks as well as stepped up to help marketing more than she has ever been able to in the past. Glay is highly respected by all of the departments throughout ERA Grizzard. She is a first-class professional while also treating everyone with respect and compassion.
