With past clients such as Ritz-Carlton and Disney Vacation Club, he is nothing short of a professional Real Estate marketer. His experience marketing everything from apartment complexes to hotels to residential Real Estate has led him to his current career as a Realtor. Now, he’s bringing those skills to his clients when he markets their homes and guides them through the Real Estate process as a Realtor with ERA Grizzard. > “I choose ERA Grizzard for a few reasons. First, because I see a lot of new and exciting forward movement within ERA Grizzard. For example, the [new Downtown Orlando location](https://blog.eragrizzard.com/presstalk/era-grizzard-real-estate-announces-an-orlando-office). > > Secondly, I feel strongly that Gus Grizzard honestly cares for the agents that work for ERA Grizzard. He wants everyone to achieve their full potential and is willing to give you the tools to do just that,” says Garland when asked why he decided to join ERA Grizzard as a Realtor in Orlando, FL. Donnie also says that one of his favorite parts of Real Estate is the challenge of finding clients not just the right "house," but the right "home". Having lived in the Windermere and Winter Garden area for over 10 years, Donnie is excited to specialize in helping clients achieve their real estate goals in the Southwest and Downtown Orlando areas. Donnie loves to travel when he is not assisting clients. He has already visited 10 different countries and lived in 6 states. He also enjoys volunteering with a local animal rescue called "A Better Life Pet Rescue". “I will freely admit I'm a foster failure and have 3 cats because of that,” he says.
