Deborah Moran holds over 25 years of Real Estate experience - she’s been involved in the industry since dual majoring in Finance and Real Estate in 1990. Her passion for people, energetic personality, performance-driven work ethic, and commitment to her customers has lead to her successful Real Estate career.
She specializes in commercial and residential Real Estate including new construction and resale homes, and has been a Real Estate Commercial Appraiser since 1990. She also works extensively with ERA Grizzard's Relocation Department and military families.
Throughout her successful career she’s been recognized as a top sales agent and multi-million dollar producer.
It is Deborah’s priority that each of her clients receive the highest level of customer service throughout their Real Estate journey. Her favorite part of her career is ‘helping her customers with one of their largest assets, helping them achieve the dream of home ownership,’ or assisting commercial clients and their businesses with their Real Estate needs.
She also works to ensure each customer receives the best possible outcome from their unique transaction. “I like to treat all of my customers like family,” she says.
Her extensive knowledge and experience throughout Metropolitan Orlando and Seminole County makes her an unparalleled resource when it comes to the area’s Real Estate.
She has been a resident of Seminole County for over 25 years, she a member of the Sanford Chamber of Commerce, and a volunteer on her local HOA board. She is also a member of the Orlando Regional REALTOR® Association, the Florida Association of REALTORS® and National Association of REALTORS®.
Her expertise on the local Real Estate market allows her to offer advice that greatly benefits her clients whether they’re looking to buy or sell:
“One of the biggest challenges customers face in today's Real Estate market is the lack of inventory in the marketplace. I like to work with my clients closely and get them very prepared for this "hot" Real Estate market. This includes a good communication level with them and other participants, such as their lender, and title company,” says Deborah.
While she assists clients throughout all of Central Florida, she loves helping her clients find their perfect place in the area she calls home, Seminole County. She often finds the area’s growth, revitalization, and live/work options provide her client’s all they are looking for in their next hometown.
“There are so many neighborhoods in Seminole County and Metropolitan Orlando to recommend to my customers. We live in such a incredible area of Florida and the US for that matter,” she says.

When she’s not assisting clients, Deborah is a foodie and wine enthusiast. You can also find her traveling! She’s an active supporter of a number of charities, including being a member of the Ladies 327 Supper Club in Sanford, a non-profit focused on bringing local women together to support other non-profits and small businesses.
