**ERA Grizzard Real Estate in Orlando, Florida is pleased to welcome Cindy Ham, REALTOR, as the newest member of their team.**

A Gold Key Certified REALTOR® and Florida native, Cindy Ham prides herself on going the extra mile for her clients.

As a prior small business owner who successfully built several profitable businesses, she now brings her dedication, work ethic, and motivation to her clients as she helps them achieve each of their unique Real Estate goals.

Cindy enjoys assisting first-time homebuyers through every step of their first Real Estate experience. She also uses advanced marketing techniques and local market expertise to help sellers get their home sold quickly and experienced buyers move into their next dream home.

A longtime resident of Orange County, Cindy specializes in assisting buyers and sellers throughout Orlando, Winter Garden, Windermere, and beyond. Her first-hand knowledge of these sought-after communities provides her clients a unique advantage throughout their search for the home, neighborhood, and lifestyle that best suits their needs.

On her decision to join the ERA Grizzard team as a REALTOR® in Orlando, Cindy replied:

"I was introduced to ERA Grizzard by long-time friends who are in their Orlando office. After meeting with Carrie Priero, the Director of Sales in Orlando, I knew this was the place I wanted to be. I liked the positivity, training, and team support within the office. Everyone has been so welcoming and making me feel at home."

When she's not assisting clients, you can find Cindy traveling, visiting the beach, at a farmer's market, wine tasting, or spending time with friends and family. She also enjoys supporting the American Cancer Society "Making Strides against Breast Cancer."
