ERA Grizzard Real Estate welcomes Christina Serafine, REALTOR®, in Lake Mary, Florida as the newest member of their team.

Christina brings her passion for serving others and her love for Real Estate to home buyers and sellers throughout Seminole County and beyond.

With a previous career in healthcare, Christina decided to make a change in 2007 and join the Real Estate industry after going through the process of selling her own home.

The "absolute best part of Real Estate is connecting with people," explains Christina. She has always enjoyed working with the public and building new relationships whenever she can.

Christina has further distinguished herself and elevated her qualifications as a REALTOR® by completing certifications in the Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI), the Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE), and the Seller Representative Specialist (SRS). She has received awards and recognition for the Circle of Excellence in the years of 2017, 2018, and 2019. She is also the current President of the West Volusia Association of Realtors.

When it comes to home buyers, her main priority is focused on helping them find their perfect home and desired lifestyle. For sellers, utilizing her market expertise and access to advanced technology resources helps earn her clients top dollar as quickly as possible.

Christina also prides herself on her communication skills, as "they are one of her best assets" as a REALTOR®. When asked why she chose to join ERA Grizzard, she replied:

In her free time, Christina enjoys giving back to her community. In particular, every holiday season she is involved in the Toys for Tots program.
