Chanda McCollom’s life-long love for Real Estate set the stage early on for her successful career in the industry today.
After years of attending of open houses in her free time, decorating, and helping homeowners with renovation projects, she decided to earn her Real Estate license and turn her passion into her full-time career over three years ago.
Today, her favorite part of her Real Estate career is ‘knowing I have helped someone begin their next chapter in their life through negotiations and coordination,’ she says.
Her previous 20-year career in Management and Social Work provided her extensive coordination and organization skills. She also prides herself on her communication and passion to help and guide others. This, in addition to her market proficiency, marketing expertise, and local knowledge of Central Florida provides her clients impeccable customer service throughout their home buying or selling process
A multi-generational Central Floridian, Chanda’s personal expertise of the area’s Real Estate and lifestyle options offers her clients a useful advantage. “As a Realtor from a small family owned company, I thrived in the atmosphere where each Realtor counted and the success of each was something to be celebrated by the company. It was my second family. During that time, I put together a Broker’s Open, and invited three Realtor’s from other Real Estate companies that I hadn’t met before. Not everyone was interested in attending, but two of the Realtors in particular were immediately on board with the plan and happily eager to accept the invite. These two Realtors both worked at ERA Grizzard. Since that time, I have monitored the success of ERA Grizzard’s Realtors, and their leadership seems to genuinely care about the individuals. I was invited to attend their Spring Rally even though I had made no commitment to ERA Grizzard. When she’s not assisting agents, you can find Chanda volunteering throughout the community with her family. She’s also always involved in a home DIY project, and enjoys gardening, traveling with her husband, and being outdoors.
