According to the CFCAR, Grizzard received this award for “his selfless volunteer service towards the betterment of the community”. “I enjoy working on the Board of Directors of the Central Florida Commercial Association of Realtors for the betterment of our industry and our community,” said **Tom Grizzard**, GRI, CRS “I appreciate this award coming from my peers in our organization that represents commercial real estate practitioners in 10 Central Florida Counties.” The CFCAR recognized their Top Producers within the ten county jurisdiction of: Alachua, Brevard, Flagler, Lake, Marion, Orange, Osceola, Seminole, Sumter, and Volusia Counties. **Dan Tatro**, of Grizzard Commercial Real Estate Group, was awarded the 2013 Top Producer Lake County award. He was, also, awarded the 2013 Top Producer Overall Top Five award.
