ERA Grizzard Real Estate welcomes Bonnie Karet, REALTOR® in Daytona, Florida as the newest member of their team.
Bonnie Karet hit the ground running in the Real Estate world and closed over 20 homes in her first year of business. Her drive and success within the Real Estate industry come from her innate love for working with others, owning her own business for 14 years, and her prior education and experience in the land surveying realm.
Today, Bonnie brings experience with Real Estate and her wealth of market knowledge to helping clients throughout Volusia County. The Daytona Beach area is especially dear to Bonnie's heart as it is also the area she calls home.
"The river, the beach, the seafood, and the easy-going vibe on the South Peninsula all reeled me in. As a former service brat, I have moved all over the world and country, and Eastern Volusia County is the area that I fell in love with," explains Bonnie.
For Bonnie, the best part about Real Estate is that it's like a puzzle. From helping buyers find the right home to earning top dollar for her sellers, she loves making sure all the pieces line up perfectly for a successful Real Estate journey.
Her services go above and beyond as she is her clients' guiding hand in connecting them with the right resources and solutions for their specific needs. Bonnie invests a lot of time in understanding all aspects of the Real Estate industry and uses this to her advantage in helping her clients reach their goals.
In addition, Bonnie's primary goal is delivering exceptional service to her customers. Combined with her personalized marketing strategies and extensive market knowledge, Bonnie works to provide the best.
When asked why she chose ERA Grizzard Real Estate she replied:
"I joined ERA Grizzard for the opportunity to work with Veterans and others who move frequently. I grew up moving every few years, and I understand the challenges and the rewards of that lifestyle. I was also very attracted to the cutting-edge technology available to me at ERA Grizzard that will help me in the home buying and selling process."
When Bonnie is not serving her clients, she stays very involved in giving back. Since 2008, she has been the President of Big Big World Project and is a co-founder as well. The "Big Big World Project" provides direct support for children living without parents at the Phan Thiet Children's Center in Vietnam," and Bonnie visits the kids each and every year.
In 2018, Bonnie was honored with the Daytona Beach Area Women's Council of Realtors Humanitarian of the Year award. She is a published Author, she has hiked 2200 miles from Georgia to Maine (it took 6 months), and she was named a Girls Scouts Woman of Distinction Nominee in 2015. She also enjoys kayaking and seeks new adventures whenever possible!
