Two months later, she made her first sale, launching the beginning of her successful career in Real Estate. She has been awarded a number of recognitions such as ‘Highest Level of Sales Achievement & Distinguished Service.’ She holds several accreditations including ‘Certified Residential Specialist,’ and is an e-PRO, using innovative and proven successful Real Estate marketing, giving her clients a competitive advantage. Her favorite part of her career is ‘the smiles on her customer’s faces when they achieve their Real Estate goals.’ She enjoys building lasting relationships with her clients and helping make their dreams a reality. As a Central Florida expert, Barbara is well-versed in market trends and housing options. Her favorite pieces of Real Estate can be found in Clermont’s Amberhill and Lake Ridge Club communities. She enjoys introducing her clients to the lakeside lifestyle and amenities offered in these sought-after neighborhoods. When asked why she chose ERA Grizzard to continue her successful Real Estate career she replied: “I joined ERA Grizzard after meeting the Broker, Gus Grizzard, and the Director of Sales, Ryan Heitman, in additional to speaking with several Realtors associated with ERA Grizzard Real Estate. Gus’s approach was always professional with warmth, and the Director of Sales, Ryan, had similarities to the Broker. They had the attributes I was looking for. I spoke with several Realtors and they all sang the same tune - 'you will love it here.' They boasted about their positive experience, encouraged me to become part of the family, and assured me I would like being associated with ERA Grizzard Real Estate. Thus far, no regrets.” ## Contact Barbara Thompson, Realtor in Clermont, Florida [BarbaraThompsonSells.com](http://www.barbarathompsonsells.com/) | [352-409-0826](tel:352-409-0826) | [BThompson@eragrizzard.com](mailto:bthompson@eragrizzard.com) ## **Up Next with Barbara** ## Explore Central Florida [![clermonts\_citrus\_tower-522527-edited.jpg](https://blog.eragrizzard.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Clermont/clermonts_citrus_tower-522527-edited.jpg?width=161&name=clermonts_citrus_tower-522527-edited.jpg)](http://www.barbarathompsonsells.com/areas)Explore the unique communities that make Central Florida a great place to call home.  [Explore Clermont](http://www.barbarathompsonsells.com/areas) ## Browse Homes for Sale ## [![Central\_Florida\_pool\_home\_for\_sale.jpg](https://blog.eragrizzard.com/hs-fs/hubfs/homes/Central_Florida_pool_home_for_sale.jpg?width=164&name=Central_Florida_pool_home_for_sale.jpg)](http://www.barbarathompsonsells.com/searches/12116157) ## **See what's on the market in Clermont and the latest homes for sale.** ## [View homes for sale in Central Florida](http://www.barbarathompsonsells.com/searches/12116157) Topics: [New Team Member](https://blog.eragrizzard.com/presstalk/topic/new-team-member) ### Subscribe to PressTalk ### Recent Posts ### Posts by Topic -
