Ashley Stowell’s passion for real estate began when she purchased her first home.

It quickly became clear that she was not your average buyer. From the excitement of discovering new listings to learning about the mortgage approval process, Ashley couldn’t get enough of it.

When her home buying journey was complete, she found herself still drawn to real estate and eager to continue learning about the market. Now, as a Realtor in Mount Dora, FL and the surrounding areas, Ashley is able to combine her love of real estate and learning with helping her clients achieve their real estate goals.

“I joined ERA Grizzard Real Estate for a couple of different reasons. The first and foremost, is because I have heard from many other agents that this company has the BEST training. Secondly, I wanted to be a part of something great,” says Ashley Stowell when asked why she joined the ERA Grizzard team.

“When my husband and I were looking for our first home, it was a long process. We put in 11 different offers for 11 different houses! For the first 10 we went with an agent from a different company and were so frustrated, we almost decided to rent instead. Instead, we went with a different agent, Julie Townsend (ERA Grizzard- The Villages), and she got us our home on our first offer! She really impressed me and in turn, I was impressed with the company. She was the driving force that made me want to be a part of this company”.

Ashley specializes in Lake County, specifically Mount Dora and Eustis. As a Eustis resident, Ashley prides herself on her knowledge of the surrounding communities, especially 44 Gables. She enjoys that every day in real estate is new and is motivated to continue growing with every challenge she faces. She strongly believes that, “the bottom line is that you are your success.”

When she’s not busy helping her clients buy and sell real estate in Florida, she enjoys being outside. She kayaks as often as possible with her husband and loves to fish. Her goal is to “one day actually learn how to fly fish well!”
