He's an expert on industry trends and market conditions affecting home buyers and sellers in these unique areas.  Andre is also experienced in working with clients interested in new construction homes. > “I would tell buyers and sellers that if they are looking to make a Real Estate purchase anytime in the next year, I would recommend it sooner rather than later. Interest rates are still on the lower end, and for sellers, home values are up,” says Andre, Realtor in Orlando.  ERA Grizzard Real Estate is pleased to welcome Andre as the newest member of their team in Orlando, Florida. When asked why he chose to continue his career as a Realtor in Orlando with ERA Grizzard, Andre replied: > “I joined ERA Grizzard not only because of the good things I have heard about the Brokerage and the Broker, but also because I saw an opportunity to be a part of a fast growing company that will continue to be on top.” Outside of Real Estate, Andre loves health and fitness, visiting the beach, and attending his local church, Faith Assembly.
