On the opposite side of the Brownwood Bridge, motorists will eventually be able to continue their travels by way of the Meggison corridor, a serene and new system of paths and trails underway.

The Meggison Corridor

Traveling the Meggison corridor, residents will be able to wind by areas such as the Village of Richmond®, the preserve area along Okahumpka, The Village of St. John's®, intersect with Warm Springs Avenue or Morse Boulevard, The Village of Hawkins®, and even connect with two more major bridges over the Florida Turnpike and another section of SR 44.

The Water Lilly Bridge

One side of the bridge meets up with Meggison, and the other side drops travelers in The Village of De Luna® area, alongside the Marsh Bend Trail, and more. This new bridge will allow residents to cruise a new avenue safely and conveniently expands the overall community connections to the west of the Florida Turnpike.

Morse Boulevard Connection

A section of Morse Boulevard will extend and connect to Meggison and onward to another multimodal trail and through the Village of Bradford® and Village of Chitty Chatty®. This is also where one of the final major bridges now rests in The Villages, Florida called the Chitty Chatty Bridge.
