# Meet Doelene Brown, Realtor in The Villages, FL \[Video\]
- [Tweet](https://twitter.com/share)
[Doelene Brown](http://dbrown.eragrizzard.com/)’s southern charm will immediately draw you in and make you feel like family.
But it’s not her signature warm and bubbly personality that’s lead to her success in Real Estate. It’s her commitment to superior customer service.
As an experienced Realtor in The Villages, Doelene more than knows the local market. She was born and raised in Central Florida and watched The Villages grow from cow pastures into America’s fastest growing metro.
With parents who owned a local Real Estate company, being a Realtor was a natural career choice. She’s worked in The Villages with buyers and sellers since 2002 and truly enjoys helping her clients navigate an exciting, new life in The Villages.
“It’s a lot more than Real Estate to me. I want dreams to come true,” says Doelene Brown. “This might be the last home for many of us, and I want it to be exactly what they want.”
