Family defines Brian Smith’s Real Estate career.

Brian started working with his family’s Real Estate firm in 2012 as a Realtor in Clermont, FL. Then, in 2014 his family joined the ERA Grizzard team.  

“ERA Grizzard is a great company to work with. Their enthusiasm about helping families make the right move shines throughout the entire company. This is a relationship company for a relationship business. That is why I joined ERA Grizzard,” said Brian Smith.

While at ERA Grizzard, he and his family formed a team - The Kindred Group.

“We take Real Estate to the next level at The Kindred Group. We create lifelong friends through every transaction, and we value each customer. They become a part of our family,” says Brian Smith.  

Whether he’s helping a family relocate to Central Florida or a couple retire to a 55+ Community, Brian is focused on building relationships with his clients. 

When Brian is not busy working with his clients you can find him enjoying the Florida lifestyle and water sports. He enjoys fishing with his three-year-old son and spending time with his family.
