Video Dialogue:

“Hi, I'm Marilyn Morris with ERA Grizzard!

You know life is really a vacation when you choose to live here in sunny Florida. There's so many things to see and do. And one of the places that you might want to consider is living here in Leesburg area in the Legacy of Leesburg.

This is one of the newer upscale, gated (Active Adult/55+) communities that is actually unique in the sense that it is nature themed. Almost half of the acreage here is devoted to conservation areas, wildlife wetlands, and bird sanctuary.

The homes are on large lots that back up to a lot of these reserve areas. There are lots of nature trails that you can enjoy. Of course, there's a full array of amenities- a beach style, walk-in, heated pool and more. But really the nature is what you want to consider here.

Enjoy the sunshine. Get out and have a picnic, and have some fun.

One of the great things I like to do is go across to street to Pear Park, which is the Palatlakaha Environmental and Agricultural Reserve. Over there is almost 300 acres of conservation area, trails, observation pavilions, and picnic areas. They even have a dog park. Gotta love it!

Come to Florida and look for more from me later.”

If you’re thinking about retiring in Central Florida, take a look at the Legacy of Leesburg. The beautiful homes, relaxing scenery, and resort style pool are calling your name!
