[Video] Experience the Excitement of ERA Grizzard's "Spring Rally"

Boasting an all-star lineup of the top in Real Estate, our agents walked away even more motivated and knowledgeable than ever thanks to the "ERA Grizzard Spring Rally!"

Gus Grizzard, Broker/Owner, kicked off the morning with an energetic overview of what's new at ERA Grizzard including our increasing market shares within the Central Florida communities we serve. Marketing unveiled a new video studio, custom packages for sellers, and more top-secret listing tools.

Top awards and achievements were acknowledged in sales and Property Management with special recognition given by our SVP of Relocation, Eric Nelson, to our top Relocation Agents.

Then, our agents learned the secrets of some of the best with our "Top Agent Panel" where no question was off the table from prospecting to objection handling. Each agent gave valuable tips and practical insight. (Photo from left: Loretta Maimone, Debbie Martin, Christy Pells, Jeanne Abernathy, Jim Richardson. Top row: Gus Grizzard)

Cynthia DeLuca, Director of Education at ERA Grizzard and national speaker, wrapped up the morning with her famed "Listing with a Purpose" training. For those looking for more listings or a steady flow of listings, Cynthia explored niches to tap into for listings galore.

It was an informative - and most of all - a fun morning bonding with the ERA Grizzard team!

Mark your calendars for our Summer Rally on August 23rd!
