ERA ReFUEL 2022 – A Real Estate Conference Like No Other!
At Grizzard, we’re always looking for ways to inspire professional and personal growth. That’s why we decided to hold an unprecedented, 2-day event for our realtors and other real estate professionals.
It was a stellar opportunity to refuel, re-energize, and reignite our collective passion for real estate. If you missed ReFUEL 2022, don’t worry for too long – it was so successful that we’re thinking about holding it next year, too!

Vendor Showcase
It all started with a vendor showcase for our realtors and brokers. Each attendee had the opportunity to visit vendor booths, ask questions, and connect with professionals to bolster their business ventures.
But it wasn't all work and no play. Each attendee also had the option to enter a raffle and win prizes!
Economic Updates and Discussion Panels
Many attendees came to ReFUEL 2022 specifically to boost their business success and learn from the best. We saw many talented speakers give thorough and impressive presentations; among the most helpful and popular was “Great Tech-Spectations,” held by our own Frank Malpica, Vice President of Strategic Growth.

The discussion panels gave our brokers and realtors the opportunity to exchange thoughts, learn from experts, and consider how they can take that information to improve their success throughout the rest of 2022 and beyond!
Socializing
At its core, we intended ReFUEL 2022 to be a chance for the ERA family to reconnect with each other, network, and just have fun! That’s why the event ended with a delightful and social capstone: a cocktail and appetizer networking reception held in the lobby bar of the Plantation on Crystal River.

It’s not often we get the opportunity to spend time together and let loose. For most, ReFUEL 2022 was worth the trip for this aspect alone!
Fun in the Sun!
That’s not all we accomplished at this year’s event. Thursday saw many ReFUEL 2022 attendees join a charter boat expedition with local captains to saltwater fish for scallops! Everyone who came had a blast, and several attendees even walked away with massive catches and fresh scallops to enjoy!
